We cannot control the amount of exposure your
puppy encounters after leaving here. Puppies sometimes stress when adopted and are moved to their new home. This stress can
be brought on due to the move, change of diet, too much handling, not enough quiet time and rest, or not eating properly.
This stress can also bring on things that are dormant such as but not limited to worms, ear mites, colds, hypoglycemia, and/or
coccidiosis, giardiasis, &/or Kennel Cough. These conditions are all treatable and do not warrant a replacement or refund
of any sort. There is no guarantee on the color or size of puppy now or as an adult.
The following are NOT

- Reimbursement for veterinary expenses
- Reimbursement for air transport or return

puppy has some sort of intestinal worms; although we have wormed your puppy regularly, it only takes a few days for him/her
to pick up another “batch”. That’s just a part of puppy hood, which is why a regular worming schedule is
- Hernias, umbilical or inguinal (If a hernia is present at time of veterinarian examination,
we discount $50 for an umbilical or $75 for an inguinal). Hernias are very common in puppies and many will be outgrown. If
not, they can easily be repaired at time of spaying/neutering. We suggest massaging the area daily to increase blood flow
and enhance healing.
