However, I am more than willing to get any of the above done for the puppy of your choice, at your expense. If your puppy does not come with a Health Warranty a vet check is highly recommended.

ALL DEPOSITS ARE 100% NON-REFUNDABLE SO PLEASE BE SURE BEFORE YOU PLACE A DEPOSIT OF ANY DENOMINATION.
The deposit signifies that the Buyer intends to follow through with the purchase of the puppy from the Seller. In the event that the Buyer cannot follow through with the purchase of the puppy, the deposit is forfeited and NO refund will be given. If by tragic accident the puppy were to die or be determined to have a congenital defect that prevents the puppy from being a companion animal, before the Buyer takes possession of the puppy, a full refund of deposit will be given to the Buyer. If there is another puppy AVAILABLE that the Buyer wants to put the deposit towards, the deposit can be put towards that puppy.

Also: If you are not notified that your puppy comes with a Health Warranty, your puppy will be purchased "AS IS".
Health Warranty

*Warranty subject to change at anytime by breeder or seller. This particular Health Warranty is not issued for each individual puppy. You will be notified of any changes before sale is final.

If this particular warranty is issued for the puppy you purchase you will be required to sign a printed copy before sale is finalized.

Please feel free to contact with any questions at all

The sellers certify that the puppy you purchase is in sound health at the time of sale to the best of our knowledge and has been given all said vaccinations and wormings stated on the vaccinations record given to the Buyer(s). We do our best to provide the new owner with a healthy puppy. The buyer will be responsible for further vaccinations and boosters.

The following stipulations must be adhered to in order for a replacement to be made. Official reports from 2 unaffiliated veterinarians stating, without a doubt, the puppy has a genetic defect that is life threatening, must be sent to me along with phone numbers, address of veterinarian and any other info of each vet’s office. If the puppy should die, an autopsy MUST BE DONE by a licensed veterinarian stating the cause of death. The documentation must be forwarded to us before a determination will be made.

The sellers reserve the right to confirm the diagnosis with a veterinarian of their choice. The seller will not be responsible for any expenses you may incur, including shipping and/or veterinarian expenses. This warranty applies only to the original buyer. Puppy replacement or credit for future puppy only.

We cannot control the amount of exposure your puppy encounters after leaving here. Puppies sometimes stress when adopted and are moved to their new home. This stress can be brought on due to the move, change of diet, too much handling, not enough quiet time and rest, or not eating properly. This stress can also bring on things that are dormant such as but not limited to worms, ear mites, colds, hypoglycemia, and/or coccidiosis, giardiasis, &/or Kennel Cough. These conditions are all treatable and do not warrant a replacement or refund of any sort. There is no guarantee on the color or size of puppy now or as an adult.

The following are NOT covered by this guarantee:

  • Reimbursement for veterinary expenses
  • Reimbursement for air transport or return
  • External & Internal parasites, such as intestinal worms, or their effects (almost every puppy has some sort of intestinal worms; although we have wormed your puppy regularly, it only takes a few days for him/her to pick up another “batch”. That’s just a part of puppy hood, which is why a regular worming schedule is recommended.)
  • Hernias, umbilical or inguinal (If a hernia is present at time of veterinarian examination, we discount $50 for an umbilical or $75 for an inguinal). Hernias are very common in puppies and many will be outgrown. If not, they can easily be repaired at time of spaying/neutering. We suggest massaging the area daily to increase blood flow and enhance healing.

We strongly recommend but do not require that your puppy be spayed or neutered.

It is your ultimate responsibility to take good care of your puppy and provide adequate food, water, shelter, and veterinarian care.

Please be aware that as a new puppy owner you share in the responsibility to help prevent hip dysplasia, as it has been proven to be part heredity and increasingly environmental. We have bred this puppy based on sound stock. Through proper diet, proper exercise, and quality living conditions, you can play an important role in helping your puppy grow into a healthy adult.

*Warranty subject to change at anytime by breeder or seller. This particular Health Warranty is not issued for each individual puppy. You will be notified of any changes before sale is final.

If this particular warranty is issued for the puppy you purchase you will be required to sign a printed copy before sale is finalized.
